Animal Exhibits and Showmanship
The Sheffield Fair celebrates Sheffield’s agricultural roots with farm animals, animal exhibits, and friendly showmanship activities for young handlers and local families.
We welcome farmers, families, 4-H members, and animal owners who would like to bring animals to the Fair and help visitors learn more about local farming, animal care, and agricultural traditions. Animal exhibits are one of the Fair’s favorite features, especially for children and families.
Participants should be prepared to care for, manage, and supervise their animals throughout the Fair. Animals must be calm, healthy, safely handled, and appropriate for a busy family event. Because of our insurance requirements, animal petting by Fair attendees is not permitted.
